Please plan to arrive to Panama on Feb.20th and fly into Tocumen International Airport (PTY).

If traveling from Logan Airport and would like to travel as a group we will coordinate and share booking details as we get closer.‍ ‍

We estimate airfare from BOS to be roughly $600-$800 this time of year. We are tracking prices and will let participants know when it would be an ideal time to book!

We will all arrive to Panama City on Feb. 20th and spend a night in the beautiful city of “Old Town” Panama before traveling into the Jungle to our retreat center on the 21st. Your stay and food in Old Town is NOT included in the cost of the retreat, however, your shuttle transfer to the retreat center IS included.

We will share affordable recommendations regarding where to stay in Old Town shortly so we will all be centrally located in order to be ready for shuttle pick-up on the 21st.

Booking Info and Cancellation Policy:

Your spot is secured through payment of $500 non-refundable deposit or full payment per client. 50% balance of the balance is due by Oct.1st and the remaining balance is due payment is due by Jan. 1st. If a reservation is made within 90 days of the trip departure the entire cost of the trip must be paid at the time of confirmation. 


All reservations will be canceled if all payments are not received by the due date, with full loss of trip deposit ($500) unless an alternative payment plan has been discussed and approved.  


Cancellation:

  • More than 90 days Full Refund, Forfeit Deposit 

  • From 90 to 60 days: 50% Refund, Forfeit Deposit 

  • Less than 60 days: No refund of trip cost 

  • No refunds for unused tours or services during your trip

  • Future Credit: A partial credit toward a future event if we manage to fill your canceled spot.

  • Travel Insurance Reminder: We know life happens and things come up… Please buy independent travel insurance to protect against unexpected personal emergencies
